Must have for sales professionals
What do you like best? The ability to automate cadences and stay on top of leads. Further it allows us to sync on an organizational level in regards to marketing material and outreach content What do you dislike? Difficult to link multiple contacts on the same cadence. Wonderful functionality with the best Customer Support
What do you like best? I love how SalesLoft enables my team to automate and track their work. We've cut down the amount of time and effort it takes and the results and analytics we see truly help us know how to best move forward and plan further cadences and SDR outreach. Excellent tool with great support
What do you like best? Simple to use Easy integration with Salesforce Great support What do you dislike? Nothing really. Does exactly what you expect it would. Takes a while to get the users used to the functionality but that's just a general training point What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We had a very manual and slow follow up process to both inbound and outbound leads, Salesloft helped us speed this up greatly

We would be lost without SalesLoft!
What do you like best? User-friendly, amazing support, international What do you dislike? Admins can't sign in as users to check profiles Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommended, We use SalesLoft for Sales, Customer Success, Technical Services and finance. Helpful tool to communicate with both warm and cold leads.
What do you like best? I love that I can create different cadences to manage my communication with a variety of different lead types. I also like the flexibility SalesLoft offers to adjust individual messages and cadences on the fly. This allows me to adjust my message as I see the results of previous work. A huge benefit is my ability to reach a large audience and track the effectiveness of the campaign both in SalesLoft and with Salesforce through the integration SalesLoft offers. ...

I am a new user.
What do you like best? The system is user-friendly. I just updated Cadences - hope to have more to share in a couple of months. The daily office hours are fantastic. What do you dislike? Training should be specific to Salesforce users versus others. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Consistent sales prospecting.

Easy to use, the best out there
What do you like best? I have been using Salesloft for nearly a month and have used other competitors before. It's a pretty complete platform. I love the analytics part - compared to other competitors I find Salesloft can breakdown pretty much any CR, statistic or any kind of data to give a full overview of what's happening and understanding results from an analytical point of view. Focused tool for managing sales cadences
What do you like best? SalesLoft's cadences are excellent for planning and executing the targeted calling, emailing, and contacting sales prospects with a consistent methodology. What do you dislike? The reporting and integration back to our Salesforce CRM has been very challenging to get clear reports that match numbers in the SalesLoft Dashboard.
