Could be better but better than Outreach - Lots of room for improvement
What do you like best? It's okay, but i'm not sure how I feel about the dialer - We spoke to support about this and they told us that it was an issue with firewalls and this is not the case. This was their own team's inability to properly manage their dialer. In comparison to Outreach it is pretty good, but both are similar in that their dialers are robotic slow and clunky. What do you like best? SalesLoft is a unique, user friendly tool that has helped me contact leads in a time and effort efficient manner. What do you dislike? Amazing tool
What do you like best? Once building out cadences, it is so easy to go through each step to get your desired metrics met. It is so simple to just click "next step" and send out the handful of e-mails in the next step with just one click, or to log a call by clicking the result of a call. There is also the self-dialer which I have not used too much yet, but it's awesome to be able to just call right from the computer with an automated number! Salesloft is awesome!
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to manage my workflow and all of my cadences, and how nice the interface looks when using it. What do you dislike? I wish there were a bit more tracking function when people use sign up links in emails, and that there were more integrations with reminders and Outlook. Good product with some downfalls
What do you like best? Completely organises all of my outreach steps and if used strictly removes the need for sticky notes, reminders etc. Helps make sure you never miss a beat. Saves time by allowing easy access to email templates and snippets, little one liners you find yourself endlessly typing. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like Salesloft's ability to customize your outreach strategy within each cadence to tailor your communications effectively. The ability to test different messaging couldn't be easier and allows you to focus on selling rather than spin your wheels with designing tests. What do you dislike?
