Great Sales Engagement platform
What do you like best? It's easier for me to track how many emails are open and review them What do you dislike? Compared with other products, we cannot embed last name on the subject. Marketo can do this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Salesloft gives me benefit for getting my work more efficient. This enables me to send many emails easily and track and review them.

My go-to place for prospect/customer engagement and communication
What do you like best? The ability to build and maintain cadences allows me to out-bound prospect extremely effectively. What do you dislike? - Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by the number of tasks I have to complete (although I know that's on me/team and how we build the cadence) - Not being able to complete a task when it's not the right time or day in the cadence What problems are you solving with the product? It works very well
What do you like best? the integration with Salesforce and Gmail to have easy access to the contacts. What do you dislike? The search bar to find the contacts or accounts What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Mainly centralizing all email and call that are done with the customer during the whole life in a single place

Love working with our Account Manager
What do you like best? Anytime I have a question about an issue our AM Kristi is very responsive in a timely manner. I love that she takes the time to make short video clips on how to do an action that I'm missing or need help with. What do you dislike? Salesloft covers it all. The only thing I could think of is we had some issues with mapping activity back into Salesforce but we created a work around that works. However, this issue is on their product roadmap to get fixed. ...

I´m doing much more sales activities than even before.
What do you like best? Cadence feature is very helpfull to automate my customer´s interaction and feed them with my solutions information What do you dislike? In general it is easy to use, I just found restrictions in the quantity of contacts that I can add to a cadence. What do you like best? The ability to see when and if people have opened or revisited our correspondence has proven to be incredibly helpful. What do you dislike? We were never able to get cadences to work successfully. There were lots of malfunctions and unwanted emails sent to incorrect addresses. What do you like best? What I like most about SL is easy of use, automating tedious tasks, and staying organized with contacts and leads! Also love creating new templates and A/B testing them week to week, month to month! What do you dislike? SalesLoft keeps me organized and allows me to be ready to set at least one meeting day!
What do you like best? Cadence set up, recording calls, analytics, accurate open and click rates. It really holds all of the KPI's for either an SDR/BDR, Inside Salesperson, or an Account Executive. What do you like best? Managing and keeping track of all my prospects. I never forget a company or a person's contact information. Optimizing the sales process for our company! What do you dislike?
