A seamless experience
What do you like best? I like the simplicity and basic nature of the main page. Things feel organized and easy to navigate. What do you dislike? I dislike the incompatibility of being able to copy and paste text into email boxes without messing up the format. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to accomplish high levels of outreach in low amount of time. Realized the benefits of being able to track conversion rates.

Great tool for outbound prospecting
What do you like best? Ease of organizing and building out cadences is great. What do you dislike? A lot of times, properly tagging accounts/contacts becomes challenging. SalesLoft is awesome to use!
What do you like best? The easy way to track leads and customers through the Live Feed. It's really nice this recent improved feature that allows me to keep track and be always aware if a customer has opened an email or even clicked a link I've sent. This was a real game-changer once implemented and has really caught our attention here in the company. The email tracking and auto-logging of emails are really nice, I think the tracking aspect of it or at least how notifications are ...

Easy To Use
What do you like best? Easy to use functionality that fits into my workflows well. What do you dislike? The connections with salesforce are sometimes a little wonky, but is usually fixed quickly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am using salesloft to prospect into my current book of business and to generally stay connected with my customers.

What do you like best? It streamlines my prospecting for multiple emails and phone cadences based on the leads I get. What do you dislike? Once I've imported contacts from Salesforce leads to SalesLoft, I can't call them from Salesforce. I have to be in SalesLoft. What do you like best? The cadence feature and being able to send messages to prospects all at once What do you dislike? What do you like best? Although the product is very complete and offers various functionalities I use SalesLoft mainly to reach out to a large number of clients at the same time.
