What do you like best? It's a great tool for automating e-mails campaigns and building call lists for our BDRs. What do you dislike? Sometimes there is a delay in the activities getting logged in Salesforce. Also, I wish the mobile app let you hit "Run" on e-mail cadences. As of July 2020, it only let's you make dials and view the live feed. What do you like best? Ease of use, integration with other platforms and scope of automation are amazing. What do you dislike? Duplicates are difficult to screen at times. Recommendations to others considering the product: Stop considering it and implement it asap! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automation, time savings, analytics on lead conversions. All have been improved by salesloft.

What do you like best? Prior to using SalesLoft, I have been using Salesforce as a CRM tool and to help me prioritise calling my prospects. What do you like best? I love the cadence tool. It's very helpful when emails bounce, they are removed moving forward. It makes it really easy in the morning to set out my day. I log on and review what tasks need to be done. Then I can prioritise different tasks throughout the day. Being able to scheduled emails throughout the day is great. What do you like best? The cadences, ability to send template emails and schedule the emails. Ability to text and call and email from the same place.
