There isn't any possibility to have some dynamic fields (n_business_days) in French nor the analytics on calls What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It was very easy to set up. The integration team was always available and helped along the way. Their implementation program was super helpful. Since the implementation it is easy to track all the activities of our sales reps. The analytics are very helpful in finding out when to best to call or what style of e-mail works best. What do you like best? Easy to use and implement. User friendly and great SFDC integration. What do you dislike? With low bandwidth comes poor VOIP calls.
