Useful Irrespective of Role
What do you like best? Functionality for SDR, AE, Manager, etc. all rolled into an intuitive system which allows for unified outreach and message management. Our SDR's can use it to increase output and efficiency in setting meetings. Our reps use it to continue to add value and build relationships around existing accounts. What do you like best? Salesloft is enabling our SDR teams to book more meetings - and as a net result win more new business. The platform has increased the number of interactions we can have with out target buyers by automatically sending out personalised, and tailored messages on our behalf. SalesLoft is nifty
What do you like best? I like that I'm able to see my stats easily and change time frames and different members of my team for a comparison. I also love that it shows me of a live feed of people interacting with my emails. It helps me to target my prospecting a bit more throughout the day. Solid sales automation despite miscommunication with sales team
What do you like best? Salesloft makes it easy to create and schedule cadences that contain a series of outreach based around calling, emailing, and various other tasks. The in-app dialer makes calling through your phone as a pass-through seamless and efficient. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Salesloft automates everything about the sales process to make it easier. What do you like best? Ability to integrate with Salesforce is nice. Also the feedback reps give is fairly positive. The customer support team is fantastic! What do you dislike? Ive heard from reps that the phone connection can be a bit hit or miss at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Reaching out to prospects for our sales team by using cadences.

All the right parts, but it doesn't quite come together
What do you like best? Salesloft has built a tool that has all the the right components in place for a sales engagement platform. It has two-way communication with Salesforce, plug-ins with LinkedIn, Marketo, and various other BI tools. The ability to build your campaign is intuitive and clean. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Salesloft truly eases the life of Reps. It simplifies, organizes and streamlines the Lead Pipeline and the activities within. Surely a time saver for Sales, provides a great overview of upcoming activities and the cadences can be tailored any way we want.
