SaaS Account Executive review of Salesloft after 1.5 years.
What do you like best? I used to run my day using Salesforce tasks. After a year and a half, I primarily run my sales motions using Salesloft cadences. I looked at all my activity metrics and they're way up year over year due to SL Cadences. They make me more efficient and help me hold myself accountable for activity. What do you dislike? Smooth tool and great connection with Salesforce!
What do you like best? I like how well it integrates with Salesforce. I can pull up the dialer easily along with all my cadences. What do you dislike? Sometimes my conversations don't post. What do you like best? The fact that all my prospects are caught in my cadences so I never miss a follow up What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of. Possibly a better way to review / use others templates / cadences. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quantity, being able to scale the outreach significantly.

What do you like best? As a manager, I love the ability to see how my team is performing at a glance. Not only can I see the activity (calls, emails), I can also see how the actions are performing. It allows me to review the efficacy of my team members and of the templates we have provided to them. Seeing success from a statistics perspective is helpful. What do you like best? Templates and Automation Conversation intelligence Mail Tracking What do you dislike? The conversation intelligence (Speech recognition can get better). Great to to scale your personalized outreach efforts!
What do you like best? The user experience of the tool is fascinating. Additionally, the ability to customize an email on the last minute before sending it out allows you to add a last-minute email opener. SalesLoft's font look natural on emails, hence, recipients are more likely to read your email as it looks humanized! What do you dislike? It doesn't show you who opened your email exactly.
