"It Works"

What do you like best about Salesforce Service Cloud? It works. A lot of other CRM tools promise a lot but can't deliver. What do you dislike about Salesforce Service Cloud? The UI/UX is not consistent. The buttons, actions and other interactions are scattered all over the console. What problems is Salesforce Service Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you? Supporting customers with ease and with scale.
