Great, yet simple and affordable CRM
What do you like best? One of the most intuitive and kick ass sales management tools I’ve ever come across. Super simple to pick up, everyone of the team was going with it in no time. What do you dislike? The plugin for Gmail works only in Chrome. Recommendations to others considering the product If you’re a startup or small business, try this one out and compare it with other CRMs. I’m convinced this is one of the best out there. What business problems are you solving with the ...

Sales made simple
What do you like best? Simple but remarkably powerful. Salesflare makes keeping on top of sales feel a lot easier than I am used to, yet very advanced in its features. Its very intuitive to use, requires no support at all when setting it up. What do you dislike? It’s not bringing my coffee. No seriously, it is a start-up so expect a changing and improving software tool. Recommendations to others considering the product Salesflare has transformed a very loose sales process into a ...

CRM software done right
What do you like best? Maintaining and tracking leads is a no-brainer with Salesflare. Very adaptable too, this works for companies in any industry. Our sales team is rather small, but results have been improving ever since we started with Salesflare, I don’t believe that to be a coincidence. What do you dislike? Some glitches here and there, but I guess this is not abnormal given they’re a startup. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Simple and practical program
What do you like best? First of all, the fact that you can form teams. This way, every time one of my members sends an e-mail to a company, their team leader can check this, When the member isn't in AIESEC anymore, their team leader can still check their companies and take over the contact. They can read every mail that has been sent, so no information can get lost. What do you dislike? If an e-mail is sent to more than one person, you can't see who exactly opened/didn't open the ...

It reminds me of what I have to do
What do you like best? First of all, great UX. You barely need to explain how to use this to new people. Which is basically the essence of this software: it’s easy. But it also does its job and does it well. I have become more efficient in doing sales because I can now focus on the essential stuff. What do you dislike? I would like to have a business card scanner built into the mobile app so I can attach business cards to accounts. Recommendations to others considering the ...

Straightforward CRM that gets the job done
What do you like best? Keeping effectively track of your leads - the thing most annoying of all with CRMs - is surprisingly easy with Salesflare. Basically all I have to do is write emails and call people. I used to postpone going into my CRM as long as possible, which of course makes keeping it up to dated even more difficult. Salesflare is quick and easy, every day again. Other than that, the app is just really nice and pleasant to work with. It looks nice, it works intuitively. The ...

Perfect for small business
What do you like best? It’s just overall a great experience. Our team was set in no time, the user experience is great and the Salesflare team is very helpful. They really keep in close touch with their customers and try to build the product their customers want. What do you dislike? Reports and insights could be improved, I think. They told me they’re working on it though. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We didn’t have a ...
