I contacted sage 3 times today (due to…
I contacted sage 3 times today (due to my lack of knowledge) and received fantastic help and support. I had 2 different support staff on the 3 occasions, both were equally polite, patient and so helpful. Sadly I can only remember one name and that is Bobbi Potts who helped me twice, but both were great. Thank you Sage for all your help and support.

Good knowledge and customer support
I needed assistance with an error message that only one user was receiving. Having seen this error in previous versions of Sage 200 it was unexpected in the newest version. The technician was helpful in reviewing previous cases reported and between us we worked out a plan to troubleshoot the cause.
