The support consultants on Sage are so polite and helpful and go out of their way to help with any queries. I spoke to Michael Luke today and as usual, he was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Russell Henderson addressed all of my queries in a calm yet confident manner. What I found very reassuring was that he had a sound accounting knowledge which made understanding the technical side much more straightforward. He was very patient and showed me some handy tips along the way.
