Chris was very helpful and walked through the problem with me to find a solution. He did not fob me off with options to try as he knew me well enough to know I had already done the basic troubleshooting prior to contacting him. He listened intently and made thoughtful and knowledgeable suggestions. Always a pleasure when I speak to him and I am confident he will help me fix the issues when I do.

Fantastic Job by Justin. After 11hrs of trying to fix my 8 data errors and then having sage come back with over a million more he was extremely understanding of my situation and was quick in resolving the issue. It wasn't straight forward but we got there in the end. Went above and beyond what I could have asked for. Very knowledgeable and an all round nice chap. Cannot rate him highly enough.

COMPLICATED NEW CLIENT
I was struggling with a new client payroll set up and Kyle Evans from Sage support team was extremely helpful , he did not get frusttated or annoyed with how long the issue was taking to resolve , he repeatedly helped me even when i was repeating the same issue to him , he never once made me feel like I was wasting his time , Kyle is a star and he even left notes on our file if I had the same issue again so the next sage employee would know how to help .
