I couldn't access my customer statements
I couldn't access my customer statements, the chap I spoke was very helpful & professional at all times, I'm not very techy but he put me at ease & resolved the problem for me by remotely accessing my system. He has very good customer relation skills & is a true asset to your company.11 out 10 from me.

Earlier Year Update
An issue has only just come to light with a FPS submission in the prior tax year. The person on the other end of the phone gained access to the data and it seemed to relate to a software update. They gave precise information on how to correct the issue and to raise an earlier year update (1st time of doing).
