Alors que j’utilisais Sage compta libérale depuis 2 ans et en pleine periode de cloture comotable, j’ai du faire une mise à jour imposée par sage pour ouvrir mon appli. Suite à la mise a jour, bug ! Impossible d’accéder à min espace, mon mot de passe (jamais changé et noté dans mon carnet) n’etait plus reconnu et il m à été impossible de récupérer mes données pour mon expert comptable, en pleine période de clôture. CRM Support Team fixed Broken Sync
The CRM Support Team worked on a broken sync for our customer, both remotely on site and working with the customers data off site. I had worked on it for some time but had reached a point where I couldn't get any further. The team kept me updated of progress and although it took a while to fix, they worked hard to resolve the issue. Special thanks to Chris Dyne, Ian Brierley and Mo Janabi.
