Payroll Advice
I connected to the live Q&A sessions on Monday 5th Oct 20 and my question regarding payroll was answered immediately. I find this option of contact with Sage the most efficient. It is quick and easy and your issue or query is resolved straight away.

Sage has given me great support over the telephone today. Although I did have to wait for around half an hour to speak to someone it was worth it. The agent did everything that he said he would and everything worked.

The technical support is great
The technical support is great, but unfortunately given the wrong payroll version originally. Slightly miss sold the pension system, and no user guide to start with for the basic's if you have never used it. But great support from Jacqueline and the technical team.

Fantastic Customer Service Experience!
I called to see if I could get information on a report needed for Pension Contributions plus I had a few other questions in relation to the Sage Employee Benefits Scheme and Training. I had an issue with Sage 50 Payroll, but I could not understand the reason for this, so I contacted Sage to help find a resolution. The customer service contact was very professional, polite and friendly.
