Extremely helpful
I had a problem with a Pension payment and I needed to make an alteration after a submission through Sage. I contacted Sage and had a phone call from Andrew Shone. I explained the situation and I probably made it more complicated than it need to be. However, Andrew understood what I had done and did the correction for me in seconds. He was extremely helpful. Emailing Payslips
I spoke to Jack Colligan at Sage Payroll regarding emailing payslips to employees as I was having problems. Jack talked me through the process and solved the problem. Jack also showed me where to find a report that calculated Employee 52 Weekly Avg. Jack was excellent in his instructions and extremely helpful.

Great service from William Dunn today
Great service from William Dunn today. I had an issue accessing some old account data and I rang support with little hope.But much to my surprise the call was answered quickly, William understood the issue straight away and stepped me through fixing the problem with no fuss. As someone that avoids support lines at all costs I was very happy with how this went.
