Introduction Call
So i had my introduction call today with James Inness i have to say James was lovely he was very patient and informative. I am not very technically minded but he explained everything in a way that i understood and was very patient. I look forward to dealing with James going forward.

Helpful and concise
My advisor made the platform easy to understand and talked me through all the features that would benefit me immediately without throwing too much information at me. He also sent a helpful email with links to advice which I can use between now and our next call to get more up to speed on the system which will help me generate any further questions.

Absolutely outstanding service
I had a call with Rebecca Fairley. She was honestly outstanding. I took up most of her day whilst she sorted out the mess I’d made of my accounts. She was patient, knowledgeable and unbelievably helpful. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Thank you so much Becca - you were a total legend

Persistence paid off
Gordon Bell kept us informed throughout a very long support ticket, and continued to chase progress for us with a third party. He was persistent and got the issue resolved and the customer is happy with the outcome.

The weekly 30 minute Sage help sessions…
The weekly 30 minute Sage help sessions have been invaluable to me. I like being able to chat with the same person ( Carl Lattimer) each time. He is very professional and has guided me through the minefield to better understand this new Sage Cloud accounting. I have also tried the random dial helpline, but for me, the arranged calls work best.

Sage 50 Payroll Migration
Sage 50 Payroll Migration went very well despite the number of employees we had. Steve Udberg was most helpful during the process and appreciated checking in during the pay run process. Software is good value for money, look forward to the upcoming developments
