Helpful and concise

My advisor made the platform easy to understand and talked me through all the features that would benefit me immediately without throwing too much information at me. He also sent a helpful email with links to advice which I can use between now and our next call to get more up to speed on the system which will help me generate any further questions.

Absolutely outstanding service

I had a call with Rebecca Fairley. She was honestly outstanding. I took up most of her day whilst she sorted out the mess I’d made of my accounts. Persistence paid off

Gordon Bell kept us informed throughout a very long support ticket, and continued to chase progress for us with a third party. He was persistent and got the issue resolved and the customer is happy with the outcome.

Sage upgrade

I have changed from Sage 15 to Sage accounts and have had several teething issues but Michael Willmott has gone above and beyond getting me through it. From being on email for quick questions/answers to on the phone with bigger issues. Regularly checking in on my progress over several weeks which has been a god send. Can't thank him enough for all his help and support.
