Brilliant Customer Service

Needed information on Sage access for individual users and spoke to Justin Alvaro who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgable, informative and had a very friendly manner while being extremely professional at all times. He gave me lots of information about the package we have with Sage and talked me through everything I needed to know. Brilliant customer service - cannot fault it.

I have not used sage before and was…

I have not used sage before and was very nervous when told by our accountant we were moving over to sage. I was linked up with Paul Parsons. Paul explained step by step guide very clear and he was very patient allowing me to make my own notes.

Payroll is an emotive program and there is added pressure when your paying people. Steven Udberg was professional and listened, then guided me through our migration process and explained clearly and concisely to allow us to upgrade without a hitch. Thank you Steven

Introduction Call

So i had my introduction call today with James Inness i have to say James was lovely he was very patient and informative. I am not very technically minded but he explained everything in a way that i understood and was very patient. I look forward to dealing with James going forward.
