Wow what a truly fantastic service…
Wow what a truly fantastic service that Sage offers. I had a call today from my business advisor, Umar Ijaz, a very friendly, polite, patient and understanding young man. Put me at ease straight away, blew away my worries and left me totally reassured and confident. I’ve been using sage products for over 20 years and never had an experience like today. I’m glad he’s my advisor as I know I won’t go wrong with him or my sage package.

Sage upgrade
I have changed from Sage 15 to Sage accounts and have had several teething issues but Michael Willmott has gone above and beyond getting me through it. From being on email for quick questions/answers to on the phone with bigger issues. Regularly checking in on my progress over several weeks which has been a god send. Can't thank him enough for all his help and support.

Migration to business cloud from Sage 50 - Support
We have just migrated from Sage 50 to business cloud. I was very apprehensive, however it has been very positive and Sage has provided support at every stage. In particular, Carl Lattimer has been so helpful, kind and incredibly patient.
