Excellent levels of service and support.
The level of service and support that comes from Sage has been excellent. The phone is answered quickly and the advice and support comes from knowledgeable staff members who are genuinely helpful and not just fobbing you off to another department or trying to get rid of you. Just finished a call with Steven Udberg who completed the task required first time demonstrating excellent system knowledge and great customer service .

Adele is very knowledgeable and patient. If there is somenthing she's not familiar with she takes it away and comes back with and answer or with someone who can answer that's an expert in the area we're discussing.

I have not used sage before and was very nervous when told by our accountant we were moving over to sage. I was linked up with Paul Parsons. Paul explained step by step guide very clear and he was very patient allowing me to make my own notes.

Nothing was too much trouble
