Rebecca Fairley was extremely helpful, explained in detail how to correct things and where to find certain points. She came back on an email to update on certain issues - she didn't forget about my queries once our phone call had ended. Friendly and helpful customer support
I happened to interact with Ashfaq, Kaesar for my initial setting up of new sage business cloud accounting . Kaesar rendered an excellent support , he understands what i was expecting and clarified things , and also doing the follow up. i am comfortable with him and will surely appreciate his work and will call / mail him for any kind of software help . Mark is so patient, nothing is too much trouble for him. I have had trouble with setting up payroll and he has spent so much time going through the stages with me, he is so helpful.

Super Support with no fuss!
