Standard of customer service trumps competitors

Having come from a negative experience with Xero, Sage has been amazing. Some initial teething issues but Rebecca Fairley reached out to me and helped with onboarding. Felt super reassured and a lot more confident after our call and look forward to practicing some of the new things I was shown.

Sage software and customer service are second to none.

Always happy to sing the praises of Sage. The first Sage product I used was Sage Payroll, I had no experience doing payroll but with the help of the excellent customer service team it was literally a breeze. The team help in the setting up and getting everything right. Further help was always just a phone call away, the phone line is a 24 hour. Sage support experience with Chris

Called in with an issue that hadn't been documented and none of my colleagues had come across before. Chris was incredibly helpful at reviewing options and offering suggestions of things to try.
