Mark Lowdon was absolutely brilliant!
Mark Lowdon was absolutely brilliant at explaining how I should tackle my problems that I was having with my new account. He explained things very well, and reassured me in all my questions. There were specific details I did not have during our conversation and Mark very kindly phoned me back , not once but twice to ensure I had the done everything properly. I cannot thank him highly enough for his patience with me.
