Umar Ijaz - received a phone call from Umar. He was tremendously helpful, and patient in explaining things to me. Explained to him how difficult and stressful I was finding the process of Going Digital, and he was reassuring and encouraging. Above and beyond
I recently worked on a ticket with Dale Norris, what a massive help! Dale went above and beyond to help me and to properly explain what could be happening. Sage are always helpful no matter what but occasionally you are taken aback by the ultimate professionalism and friendliness. Thank you Dale.

Found the conversation very helpful i have used Sage 50 and Sage 200 for many years Your representative Dean asked me questions to determine if the product I had chosen was the most suitable. He was very clear in his explanations and arranged further telephone call to explain things further. Dean was very courteous and i enjoyed talking to him
