I had a very positive interaction with…
I had a very positive interaction with Becca from sage. I was able to navigate through the platform creating invoices and sending them to my clients. The best was linking my banking transactions to sage and that saved me a lot of time, orherwise I had to do manual entries. I am a small sole trader business and I believe I can now keep my accounts in order. I had an hour long session but this has been very helpful. I recommend this platform to everyone who wish to keep smart records.

Very professional advice from Paul…
Very professional advice from Paul Parsons made the implementation as smooth as it could have been. Excellent knowledge of the product, Paul offered all the help and backup we needed to set up and process the first payroll. Further help offered should we need it going forwards. 5 star service

Sage set up
I was called by Mark Lowden to discuss the initial setup of the system. I had spent the previous day on the phone to HMRC as I had MTD problems that were not fixed. Mark was able to fix these problems within two minutes, and also set me straight on the best procedure for using the system, in line with my special requirements. I cannot praise him enough and the service he gave

Made to feel like a person not a number
Katey Bunch was very polite and reassuringly confident in describing the path I have to tread to set up a new Sage Business cloud account. There's a migration from Sage50 to go through first (with others) but I look forward to her stepping me through the process when that is done. There are outstanding technical issues with linking a bank account which will also be in the mix.

Switching accounts software to Sage.
We are moving over to Sage software and the help we received from James Inness was second to none. Phoned on time and was able to recommend the software package to suit the business. Talked us through the process of setting up the software very professional. Very happy that we switched.
