Great Service as always
Yet again great service and support from Sage. Had a on going issue today and spoke with both Lucy Reynolds and Ben Lemmons both of them were fantastic helping with run various different parts of Sage I have not even used yet. Kind, patient and totally professional thanks Lucy & Ben for helping retrieve my lost date.

Whenever I speak to Sage 200 Standard…
Whenever I speak to Sage 200 Standard support it's always first class and almost always resolved on first call. Only time it is not is if we need customer to try something or back office things at Sage need to be done.

Tenacious and happy to help
David was thorough in his testing and resolved the issue. He was tenacious in his investigations and seemed genuinely happy to help. He kept me informed throughout the process both by phone and the incident manager, so I could keep my customer up to date.

I cant speak highly enough of Johnathan. I disconnected the company from the company selection screen and the company disappeared. after about 1hr with Denise accessing our server and my computer remotely I was advised that we had no option but to restore our last backup as the data was lost. i explained that we had no backup for a week and the loss of data was immense - she reassured me she checked with someone a level above her and this was our only option.
