Having a problem can be very frustrating and I do not have telephone support as part of my package but I made a call and was put through to Gordon Bell. He listened to my problem and made an effort to solve it,even though he was not obliged to do so It is consoling to know that there are still people who will use their initiative and common sense in these situations which will benefit the company in the long run Well done Sage
