Sage accounting and payroll which I currently use is easy to use. Also as a company sage are always improving their system based on feedback from their customers the end user, meaning it is always improving

Payroll Escalations Specialist - Uploading Report issue
Experiencing major issues with uploading reports to SAGE portal - our IT have not been able to find issue but David completed a thorough investigation of system and provided excellent support, knowledge of software and also followed up with very detailed information to provide to our IT for resolution. Overall, David provided top rate customer service and after numerous calls/emails regarding these issues with no resolution, David handled the case efficiently and professionally.
