What do you like best about Rulai? I found the flow builder (Flow Studio) within the Rulai platform to be very easy to use and quite intuitive. What do you dislike about Rulai? A small thing, I found that the test harness refresh was sometimes a little laggy. What problems is Rulai solving and how is that benefiting you? I was investigating the potential for conversational interfaces to automate advice-giving.

"A fantastic platform along with amazing experience to build custom bots with realistic approaches!"

What do you like best about Rulai? The flexibility to design complex real-time scenarios with dialog flows with only drag & drop nodes! I find the Accelerators & Knowledge sections very useful due to the improved user engagement with the bot. There are several options to fiddle with which can be used for almost anything. What do you like best about Rulai? The easy to use UI and the various features integrated into it. What do you dislike about Rulai? Nothing specific, but if i have to be choosy then i would say saving a flow is a bit un-structured. A button might do the job. What problems is Rulai solving and how is that benefiting you? I have just completed the developer course on it and would love to re-visit this answer once i have used it to develop chat bots.
