What do you like best about Rulai? The flows are easy to make and understand. It is easy to trigger the flows that we want to test because they work with trigger sentences. The javascript inside gives a lot of possibilities concerning the actions of the bot, for exemple you can retrieve the weather on an external page and communicate the answer to the user. "User friendly platform to create flexible dialogues"

What do you like best about Rulai? I really like the user friendly way of creating dialogues, you don't really need a lot of coding to create a smart flow. I also love the automatic jumping between dialogues, which creates a very natural experience. What do you dislike about Rulai? "Friendly UI for Conversation Designers"

What do you like best about Rulai? I am currently using flow charts to design bot conversation, and I have no problem onboarding Rulai Console to develop and test my bot. The presentation of the flow in the console is by far the best among other bot designs providers. I can jump into the design work from the console rather than a separate flow design software and launch the bot simulation. I'm impressed by how Rulai makes conversation design such a simple task. What do you like best about Rulai? I love how user friendly Rulai is. As a business owner, I am still able to understand the process, flows and go in and make changes. What do you like best about Rulai? Rulai’s system is quite versatile for non-programmers and helps to build and deploy workflows quickly. An in depth designer track was a great way to meet the Rulai console and really get our arms around the dynamics at play in building and deploying chat-bots in our organization.
