The conversational AI sets it apart from all other chatbots What do you dislike about Rulai? it does take some time to get familiar with, but it can replace 80% of your call center so really no worries. What do you like best about Rulai? The console's UI is intuitive and easy to use. I was surprised at how easy it was to build my first chatbot with its drag-and-drop features. I was able to focus on designing the conversation more and less on the technical aspect. What do you like best about Rulai? It's easy to develop and deploy the bot and easily make changes after deployment. The NLU capabilities are best utilized. What do you dislike about Rulai? There is hardly anything that would be disliked by anyone. What problems is Rulai solving and how is that benefiting you? The enterprise chatbots can be easily developed using Rulai. customer centered design and way of testing it before deployment is ultimate.

What do you like best about Rulai? I like the UX, which is very intuitive and easy to work with for beginners. Also has a complete knowledge base. They give a complete 10 days training that facilitates all the understanding of the architecture and how to start with the platform. What do you dislike about Rulai? What do you like best about Rulai? I really like the ease of use of the UI, the quick way to validate the WIP bot. This framework provides a good set of no/low code drag-and-drop options to build. A very useful nuance was an option to check Regex (an option to define entities) within the framework itself. Using stubs was another good option for providing input and checking the output.
