"Saving us a ton of effort around room planning and booking."

What do you like best about Robin? 10 minute checkins are the best!! If they don't check in, their meeting is flushed out and the room is now available. The mobile app and Slack integration are also awesome! We use iPads outside of some of our rooms for check-in. This is not always available in all of our offices, so using the mobile app and the Slack integration really fills this out so that everyone, all over the company, can really use this to it's fullest. I hope to expand into using ...

"Easy setup, strange licensing model"

What do you like best? Very easy setup, unlike many competitors. What do you dislike? Have to buy a minimum number of active screens, even though they might not be needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Display tommorow availability with signs.

"Love Robin, Almost Perfect."

What do you like best about Robin? Giving employees the ability to end meetings early or check in into rooms on the fly allows for more accurate scheduling wich saves everyone time and makes it easier for everyone to book rooms. What do you dislike about Robin? I wish there was a way to drag and drop meetings in the web scheduler. As an admin this would save me a lot of time. Also our company has had issues with the app crashing on the tablets for months. This is a major pain point that ...

"Quick and easy, with some quick fixes"

What do you like best about Robin? I love the ease of checking in to a room on the spot. It's nice to be able have that as a tool. I also like having the ability to edit room bookings as an admin. What do you dislike about Robin? When I am editing bookings for rooms, I sometimes run into issues with the room being booked twice. It seems as if sometimes my edits are not cancelling the booking and rebooking, instead they're making a separate booking on top of the already existing one. I have ...

I work in a coworking environment and don't utilize the shared booking features because I already have another booking system Recommendations to others considering Robin: If you are a team with employees who need a conference booking system, robin is a beautiful option. What problems is Robin solving and how is that ...

"Robin - There is more to be desired "

What do you like best about Robin? The interface is neat and having a touch display on the actual room makes it look modern and sophisticated. It lets you know if a room is taken right from the room itself. What do you dislike about Robin? There seems to be some issues with the integration between Robin and Gcal. We have had multiple rooms get dropped for seemingly no reason at all. The logs are also terrible and do not really show specific details of every room/space/event. It is not ...
