The electronic room calendars to post outside of conference rooms and the admin abilities What do you dislike about Robin? the tablets are sometimes down and it can be challenging to troubleshoot the issue for our IT team. Recommendations to others considering Robin: Ensure that you push for what you need from support to ensure it works for you. What do you like best about Robin? Smart design, easy room displays, automatic exchange calendar sync What do you dislike about Robin? Support is not always great, some essential enterprise requirements are just missing, configuration of a multi office tenant with a lot of devices gets clutty fast What problems is Robin solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems: none Benefits: Nice looking displays in front of meeting rooms

"Easy to use and good value"

What do you like best about Robin? We use Robin with Google Suite. It's easy to set up and manage, and supports "sign in with Google" so you don't need to worry about extra accounts and passwords. We use the mobile app on tablets outside our meeting rooms which look very professional and show what meetings are scheduled, as well as allowing people to start meetings with a single press of the screen. What do you like best about Robin? We bought cheap amazon fire tablets and the Robin room display on them is great! What do you dislike about Robin? There’s no real reason to set up your entire staff with Robin accounts. They can simple schedule meetings on the calendar like they normally would.
