"This platform is great!"
What do you like best about Rippling? Simple and easy to use. A central spot for all information is very important. What do you dislike about Rippling? Sometimes SSO can be a little finicky and will not properly log me in What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Always hard to keep track of everything and this brings it all into one space and easy to navigate. Also - SSO makes life easier

What do you like best about Rippling? We were assigned someone to walk through the process and questions are answered very quickly. The platform provides all resources and instructions you need for implementation, and it's cost-effective as well, relative to others. What do you dislike about Rippling? The support articles require sign-in, which means we can't share them with others, like our tax team. There's also no chat function for immediate support. Everything else is pretty ...

"Very user-friendly"
What do you like best about Rippling? The PTO, and insurance tracking functions are very easy to use as an employee. It is super simple to request PTO, or floating holiday, or bereavement leave separately through the system. What do you dislike about Rippling? It would be nice if I could configure the dashboard when I login to see only certain items. As an end user, I generally am doing a few functions (checking paystub or requesting PTO) 90% of the time I log in. But this is not really ...

"So Easy - Even I could do it"
What do you like best about Rippling? The prompts helped to move you along and were easy to identify. I was also able to walk away and come back to finish the process without having to start over. This was convenient. What do you dislike about Rippling? I think the colorways and branding could be improved. It felt bland and not at all unique. What do you like best about Rippling? This is my first time using RIppling, and I was able to find everything. What do you dislike about Rippling? Not much, maybe the color scheme. The overall website is very user-friendly and there's not much I dislike about it. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Rippling? It's intuitive and a convenience one-stop-stop for all my employee-centric needs What do you dislike about Rippling? The nav bar on the left is a little clunky and requires multiple clicks to get to where you're going What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?
