"Speed is king. Gets HR and IT functions set up, running, and maintained really fast."

What do you like best about Rippling? The best part is the speed of getting things set up. This both about onboarding the main functions and setting up the integrations. There's a large catalog of integrations with common SaaS tools, so you can really build a coherent HR system very quickly. What do you like best about Rippling? Everything was clearly presented and intuitive. What do you dislike about Rippling? made selections and then had to go back in for the FSA option, rather than having that as part of the main navigation/selections. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Small business coverage that is competitive with larger company offerings.

What do you like best about Rippling? I love how automated and simple it is to use and integrate with our remote team. The self-service aspect and support aspects are by far my favorite and make finding resources and information easy. What do you dislike about Rippling? I wish it was easier and more cost effective to input our global team members into the platform. Then it could truly be all-in-one for our global team, based out of the US. What do you like best about Rippling? Super intuitive and easy to use. It’s nice to be able to handle things like open enrollment for example with such ease. What do you dislike about Rippling? None so far. It has been issue-free for me thus far. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Ease of handling a variety of things for employees in a simple, matter of fact, makes sense type of way.

What do you like best about Rippling? I appreciate how user-friendly Rippling is! From the moment I onboarded to everyday use, it's been easy to navigate. Also, it allows for quick access to information whenever you need it. I especially find the witty reminders super helpful. And love the payday emails with their fun graphics! What do you like best about Rippling? The ease of use and the format - tasks!! What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing! Everything is super straightforward and has made my experience great. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Making HR/onboarding procedures difficult and confusing. It's very straightforward on what you need to do and when you need to do it to remain compliant and get everything done!
