"Very user-friendly"

What do you like best about Rippling? The PTO, and insurance tracking functions are very easy to use as an employee. It is super simple to request PTO, or floating holiday, or bereavement leave separately through the system. What do you dislike about Rippling? It would be nice if I could configure the dashboard when I login to see only certain items.
