What do you like best about Rippling? I like the platform. The user interface is more intuitive than other HR software I've used in the past. What do you dislike about Rippling? As an employee who uses the platform to manage insurance and time off, I think that rippling does a great job and feels much more modern than other tools I've used in the past.

What do you like best about Rippling? I love how easy it is to access my insurance with a few clicks from the homepage. Also, when selecting new coverage, the process is simple and painless. I have a great overview of my current selections and a helpful comparison to the offerings selected by my company. While going through the enrollment process, I know exactly how my selections will impact my paycheck, and if I am missing out on benefits I could be taking advantage of. What do you dislike ...

What do you like best about Rippling? The interface is super user-friendly and easily digestible. What do you dislike about Rippling? Have found that the customer service reps can't always help answer my questions, because I need to go through company's HR for information. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Time off requests, insurance coverage.

What do you like best about Rippling? It's just plain as day, easy to understand user experience. Onboarding sucks, but Rippling does a great job of taking care of the experience. What do you dislike about Rippling? I didn't find anything specifically that I didn't like. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? It's great interface for taking care of HR stuff!

What do you like best about Rippling? Super intuitive. Makes adding new employees and effecting changes for the current team incredibly easy. Self management for employee payroll and benefits is hugely helpful. What do you dislike about Rippling? Not any downside that we've experienced. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Thanks to Rippling, we've been able to defer hiring HR personnel and redirect our limited resources into other aspects of company growth
