What do you like best about Rippling? I love how easy the system is to use from a UI perspective. The content is well organized for each access to the information I search for, and the pages are really clean and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Rippling? "From a user perspective, this is a really great platform and easy to use."

What do you like best about Rippling? The particular thing that I find really useful is the ease of comparing and signing up for HR benefits such as insurance. The paystubs are also really easy to read. What do you dislike about Rippling? I wish there was a general search function where I ccould type something like "Payroll" and not have to go through the menus to find it. If it exists, it's hard to locate. What do you like best about Rippling? I love that the entire onboarding process is guided step by step. What do you dislike about Rippling? I like all of it so far. Rippling's site is very intuitive. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? When I onboarded at my new job they made filling out all of the paperwork hassle-free

You can’t automate payroll, Although you can run payroll easily, Rippling doesn’t offer the option of completely automating the payroll process. What do you like best about Rippling? I like that all of my benefits- medical, dental, vision, illness, accident, etc are all accessible in one place. So many other jobs I've had they have you managing benefits all over the place and it's hard to keep track. On top of that it's really great that pay stubs and pto are also there.
