What do you like best about Rippling? I use Rippling as a user (employee) and administrator (compliance specialist, people leader). I have very few complaints on the tool's capabilities for any of my use cases. As an employee, I find the workflows for updating payroll, benefits elections, and time off requests to be extremely intuitive and user-friendly. What do you like best about Rippling? The step-by-step process. Very intuitive, simple and quick. I thought I would be on there for an hour but it took no more than 10 minutes. What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing I can think of at the moment. I need to play around with it a bit more. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? "Excellent UI and easy to understand"
What do you like best about Rippling? It's very intuitive and I found it easy to use. If I had questions it was easy to find answers on my own rather than having to talk to someone. What do you dislike about Rippling? I could not find any thing to dislike.. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? It was very helpful in having me decide the best insurance plans for me and my family.

"Solid employee management system."
What do you like best about Rippling? It is perhaps the easiest yet most thorough system I have ever used. It adapts well to different employee needs. What do you dislike about Rippling? I haven't seen any significant dislikes besides maybe design, but simplicity first is important. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? It keeps all my HR documents and information together and also allows quick and easy mobile access. Easiest I have ever used.

What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling has a very sleek and generally user-friendly interface. The navigation is very intuitive. What do you dislike about Rippling? I don't have any complaints about Rippling. I've never had any issues. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Our company has had mixed experiences with some of Rippling's competitors. Rippling has been great for us and has made our Employee Management a breeze. Never had any issues.
