What do you like best about Rippling? Easily the most easy-to-use and effective HR software that I've used. The integrations work seamlessly. Notifications are on time and easy to address. What do you dislike about Rippling? It's a quibble, but the overall design could be chicer. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? HR benefits onboarding and administration.

"Streamlined HR!"

What do you like best about Rippling? I never have a hard time finding things in the platform, the UX is impeccable. All my documents in one place. Especially handy for when I needed everything for my first home purchase. What do you dislike about Rippling? I think it could have more integrations, like with 401k companies. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me keep track of my time off, my paychecks, and my passwords.

What do you like best about Rippling? They send an email to let you know you have a task due, which is helpful when you're busy with work. What do you dislike about Rippling? The app is constantly updating, which isn't a technical problem, or sometimes the app won't load fast. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Problems within the app that will make it run more efficiently.

What do you like best about Rippling? How transparent it is. Everything is very intuitive, usually HR management systems are a little daunting but rippling makes their product so that everything is easily navigated too. What do you dislike about Rippling? They could most improve on providing either more metrics so that I can better understand which benefits I've fully taken advantage of, or by having prompts/notifications on what I can do to better use all the benefits offered to me. What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is extremely easy to navigate and use. It is easy to update personal information and a lot of different services can be integrated with it.
