What do you like best about Rippling? Easy. Clear instructions. Numbered steps make it easy to know what's next and what is expected. Plus all of the info I need to answer is presented in front of my while on that screen. What do you dislike about Rippling? I haven't found anything about the platform that I do not like yet. What do you like best about Rippling? What I love about Rippling is that it helps keep all the benefits information for my employer in one simple easy to use dashboard. It was so easy to complete my benefits sign up process with helpful videos. I'm not an HR person so its always confusing to know if you are doing everything correctly and weigh your options. What do you like best about Rippling? The overall interface is easy to use. Even if I get assigned a new task, I'll figure out whatever I need to do in less than 10 minutes. Also, the support feature is amazing. What do you dislike about Rippling? I wish I didn't have to pull a report or create a recipe to get the list of leadership or individual contributors in list form. Other than that, I don't have any that is a blocker for me.
