Easy and fun to use!
What do you like best? I love how navigable Ripple is. I don't need to bother HR with the usual questions because it's all so intuitive. I love that my paychecks are broken down in a quick and easy way to digest. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The process was extremely easy and I was able to get my account set up in less than 10 minutes! Being able to have company HR policies, benefits and payroll in one systems is helpful. What do you dislike? Great Product on on the Cutting Edge of HR
What do you like best? They make HR easy. Simple Payroll, health insurance, 401K, recruiting, and on-boarding out of the box and all-in-one. Rippling lets the HR department give the options and then the employees make their selections. Those selections are then automatically configured everywhere. Absolutely zero redundant data entry! What do you like best? Everything from PTO days to payroll are laid out in an easy to digest platform that makes even the most complex work related data easy to understand. What do you dislike?
