Easy Peasy
What do you like best? The ease of searching for all payroll checks, personal info, information about your job description...all easy to search. What do you dislike? The only detail i do not like is the email about pay...i get it at 8 pm. I'd like to get it at 12:01 am....that would be far more convenient. Convenient and easy to navigate
What do you like best? Anything that I need to know, from breakdowns to percentages, Rippling truly leads you to every answer you have a question for. In and out. What do you dislike? I have no complaints so far, and neither do my colleagues! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have a better idea of how my paycheck is broken down, allowing me to budget appropriately and set goals for my next pay period!

Organized our payroll
What do you like best? Organization of all employees payroll on one platform. Helps employees that manage this area of the business focus energy on more useful tasks. What do you dislike? I don't have any dislikes. I basically use it for getting my paystubs and W2. Basic usage. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Take load off of human resources staff and allow them to focus on other areas.

Really cool website
What do you like best? The electronic pay stubs and electronic tax information makes everything super easy and quick. What do you dislike? I have not found a feature or flaw on this site. I love everything about it. Recommendations to others considering the product: You should absolutely use it What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has made keeping up with payments and reimbursements very easy. Also made tax season a breeze.

Great Overall Product
What do you like best? Very user-friendly and not much of a learning curve. You can catch on pretty fast without much help. What do you dislike? I requested a few features to be added or changed and there wasn't any push to make it happen. A slam dunk choice.
What do you like best? When we needed to set up payroll and benefits quickly the other providers – including the new "modern" ones – were slow and laborious to work with. They clearly didn't want to work with a small startup that was just getting off the ground. Rippling was amazing both in the innovations that their technology brings to the table and in the flexibility and availability of their support team. Not ready for Prime Time
What do you like best? They are responsive to issues. They're forward thinking. What do you dislike? Way too many bugs. The system is not ready for mainstream use. Very easy to use and complete
What do you like best? The load time and it has a very user friendly front end What do you dislike?
