A great time
What do you like best? Being out and enjoying nature .. meeting new people.. seeing animals all different kinds.. learning to fill out applications online uploading documents.. doing w2 and being able to view my hours and pay and check amount online What do you dislike? Super intuitive and helpful!
What do you like best? How streamlined the process is for processing accounting. So easy to onboard all different types of employees. What do you dislike? If you make a mistake on any of your tax form (i.e. w4 you cannot change them without goign into admin and deleting them and reuploading them. Rippling has totally changed the way we think about HR/People management!
What do you like best? being able to easily access pay stubs, w-2s and any information I need without contacting someone from HR. I love how all of my other benefits live in one space and can all easily be managed. What do you dislike? Ive loved all of it so far, really nothing more I could ask for other than managing 401k directly through it. currently we integrate our 401k provider through rippling but its not accessed through it which would be a plus. Makes everything easy
What do you like best? I am all about being paperless but still having all the information I need. Rippling easily provides that for me along with sending me my bi-weekly pay stubs. SCAM - False Promises
What do you like best? Nothing -- very cheap sales tactic deployed by a bunch of conmans What do you dislike? Once a con-man always a con-man applies very well for Parker Conrad & his gang. First Zenefits now Rippling. In the YC startup deals -- they promised one year of free full payroll service only later to discover its a clickbait to get you a product-demo. Safe, Secure, and reliable
What do you like best? the onboarding process took less than 3 minutes, The UI and interface are very user-friendly, and the email notification system comes in handy What do you dislike? Can't really think of anything, maybe I would put YTD earnings and taxes towards the top of the page as the first metrics you see since they are the 2 most important. I absolutely love Rippling.
What do you like best? Its so easy to use and manage. Very user friendly, and I can access any information at the tip of a button. Plus its aesthetically pleasing! I enjoy just being on the website! Rippling made the most cumbersome part of onboarding seamless
What do you like best? What used to take the first two days on a new job can now be done in minutes before you even start. Removes the mystery of payroll. What do you dislike? There are not as many functions as there could be. As an employee, I would love to see more capabilities What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
