Rippling is the best!!
What do you like best? User interface- very friendly, easy to follow. Anyone is able to log in and navigate around pretty successfully. I use rippling to track PTO and sick time; it connects to my outlook calendar and proves to be an effective tool for tracking What do you dislike? Rippling is a system I would absolutely recommend
What do you like best? I am able to fully integrate payroll, HR, and IT hardware management into one. There is flexibility with customizing reports as well as adding unique attributes, such as personal and professional bios. What do you dislike? Transitions are always difficult, but they have really worked at smoothing all the changes for us. Not much to dislike so far. I have not had any issues with Rippling.
What do you like best? Like the onboarding process, ease of use. What do you dislike? At this time, I have not experience any issues to dislike the software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ease of managing my teams with employee documents.

Seamless set up & integration
What do you like best? It was very easy to transition from our various other pieces of software onto Rippling, the account managers were always friendly and helpful. What do you dislike? We have employees in the UK, and there's a work around to include them on the system but it would be great if Rippling was set up to handle this properly. Best all in one Payroll System
What do you like best? What I like best about Rippling is the ease of use in the system. It's modern and simple. I don't have to search under 100s of drop downs and pages to find what I need and they do a lot of the hard work internally! What do you dislike? We've been using Rippling for 3 months now so I have not found anything I dislike. Efficient and user friendly
What do you like best? I love that It saves me so much time to get payroll done! My employees are happy with their end as well! What do you dislike? So far nothing to dislike! it's been great using and running smooth! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're able to execute payroll in timely manner and are looking into using some of the available apps
