What do you like best? Rippling customer service is miles ahead of the competition, their dashboard UI / UX is extremely fast and well designed. What do you dislike? Amazing tool for startups and as we ramp up to launch

What do you like best? Having the information of all our people and contractors centralized and actionable from the Rippling console is great. It simplifies so many things and ensures that various checks and balances are in place (like valid bank accounts), new hire process/paperwork etc. RPass is also a very good tool that is free/included and is comparable to commercial programs such as LastPass. What do you like best? All of the integrations are great, makes for a wonderful hub for everything related to one's employment. The paystubs are fun, and being able to share credentials with rpass is a very useful tool. What do you dislike? I wish I could bulk export paystubs, documents and other personal data. Rippling has streamlined our entire hiring and onboarding process.

What do you like best? I love the integrations with other apps brought into a single place for us. It's super convenient. What do you dislike? The workers comp insurance options could be better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Rippling allowed us to go quickly and efficiently from hiring to onboarding while not losing focus on growth. Without Rippling we would have had a massive headache to deal with.
