Rippling the life saver

What do you like best? Rippling is a whole HR platform including everything you could possibly need in order to onboard an employee. From payroll, work applications, IT hardware, access management and more. Rippling makes it extremely easy to scale your company whereas other platforms do not. If you compare Gusto to Rippling, I recommend everyone go straight to Rippling. Gusto can't handle scaling at all and there were a lot of compliance issues with Gusto resulting in fees to us. Came from a 3B company to a startup, HR systems are better here!

What do you like best? I LOVE that everything is in ONE system!I came from a place where there were 5-10 different systems needed just to sign in and get paid. This is great to have a mobile first application to manage all these functions. It was simple and easy to get setup from the offer letter to the first paycheck as an employee. Ease of use is excellent

What do you like best? I like how easy it is to find pertinent information regarding my pay, track PTO, do open enrollment for healthcare and it handles all the tax/compliance stuff with ease. The design and usability of the software is great. What do you dislike? I can't think of any at this time, product satisfies all my needs. What problems are you solving with the product? Simple and easy!

What do you like best? It's so easy to navigate and get things done. Plus it is very esthetically pleasing which makes handling PTO and HR information simple and enjoyable. What do you dislike? Only issue I had was when I was running into issues with completing a task. I got notified I had an incomplete task and when I clicked on it, it took me to the help page. Sailed through a SOC audit as a startup!

What do you like best? Having remote employees with company devices or their own devices is difficult. Rippling has allowed us to quickly onboard and off board employees in a few simple steps. We won’t need a full time HR or IT manager for a while. What do you dislike? I don’t use their payroll service and don’t want to switch I wish they integrated with ADP. What do you like best? That is integrates with almost all of our systems and sometimes when it hasn't we've been able to request an additional integrations in a short period of time.
