All you need in one spot
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to access all my crucial information in one place! I don't have to worry about searching through papers or loose emails to find my W2s, insurance info, or paystubs. They're all conveniently organized for me in Rippling. It gives me peace of mind that I can use one platform to manage all that info and that I can easily make updates to my plans when I need to! Simple time saving platform
What do you like best? Rippling is a cost effective, simple to use HR platform What do you dislike? Very easy to use - so on downside in using the platform What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I really enjoy how easy it is to use Rippling. I have everything I need right in front of me. If I have questions I am able to find the information I need very quickly. Great UI
What do you like best? I like the easy to use and simple UI. A huge improvements on competitor experience. What do you dislike? Very little. Though, HR folks sometimes make changes to integrated systems (adding users, etc) when may not be best practice. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am solving the problem of an internal org structure + homepage experience. Benefits are SSO, Org Chart, integrated apps

very useful tool for managers
What do you like best? The simplicity of it. I like how user friendly the system is and all of the useful reminders and notifications that it provides. I also like all of the reminders that I receive in regards to my new hires and how far they gotten with their new hire document and the signing of their documents. What do you like best? I like that I don't have to talk to anyone in HR to get access to all of my employee data. Pay stubs, insurance details, settings, and all kinds of stuff is in Rippling. Easy and accurate
What do you like best? Easy to use and if you don't know the answer the support team is awesome. What do you dislike? We just don't need or use some of the offered systems. Recommendations to others considering the product: This system is easy to use and learn and has great customer service. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy payroll and keeping up with employees PTO and Sick Leave.

User review: As a user of many similar competitors, Rippling is hands down the most user-friendly
What do you like best? It's easy to navigate to find what I need. The paystubs are displayed in a friendly way, but you can also download a proper PDF version that is required for proving your income. I also liked that my offer letter was stored there. Some policies are changing at work and I needed to check what was in my original offer letter and it was easy to find. I can request my PTO there and once approved, it automatically updates our company's PTO calendar so I don't have to ...
