What do you like best about Rippling? I love the onboarding and offboarding process and ease of Employee access. Our company org chart is expansive, so the platform is a big help with navigation and documenting employee and business alike. The email notifications are also super helpful. What do you like best about Rippling? Every record is saved securely in the account of rippling, e.g. paystub, w2, insurance, etc. It has all the details listed clearly, e.g. tax. What do you dislike about Rippling? I can't think about anything not good from rippling. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves the problem that how to manage multiple insurances from different companies into one page. I don't need to worry about the insurance enrollment.

"Best HR software out there."

What do you like best about Rippling? The backend user experience is incredibly straight forward where other tools can be overly complex. The system also continues to grow. I've worked with a lot of HR tools in the past and ultimately businesses move away from them because they refuse to innovate and consolidate softwares. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Easily find my benefits, what they are, and be able to download each of them to my computer for offline referral.

"The best HR software I've ever used!"

What do you like best about Rippling? I used Rippling as an individual contributor - I never once had to ask HR or IT for help with an HR-related issue. Rippling was so easy (and even fun) to use I've thought about working there - the platform is so fast and intuitive it's really quite nice. Very easy to find what I'm looking for, whether it's payroll, insurance information, or company org chart What do you dislike about Rippling? honestly, nothing really comes to mind, does everything I need it to. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Has been a struggle in the past to see all my payroll, banking, insurance information in one place. Rippling allows me to stay on top of my employment information.
