"Great all-in-one tool"

What do you like best about Rippling? I have used a few different HR platforms and this was the easiest one I've used as a hiring manager. The SSO works great and there are consistent email notifications for overdue tasks that get emailed. The UX is seamless. What do you dislike about Rippling? I haven't seen anything I've disliked just yet. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? This mitigates alot of lag time for hiring managers and hourly employees. I can access to my other apps with only being in my rippling.

What do you like best about Rippling? They think of everything. As a tech startup, they take care of you from a user POV. Ripping makes everything simple, and they know that their users are NOT HR wizards. So the streamline process of making something insanely hard, like setting up unemployment taxes in Ohio, Is done effortlessly and simply. Rippling is very easy to navigate for employees, we barely had to provide any training or assistance for employees to create their profiles and sign up for benefits. We hae received great feedback from employees regarding the ease of use of the platform. What do you dislike about Rippling? No features that I dislike so far. What do you like best about Rippling? The UI/UX is much smoother and easier to understand than other HR apps I've used. What do you dislike about Rippling? I haven't found anything I dislike yet. Still fairly new! What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I really enjoy how I am able to access everything quickly and easily without having to click through several links just to get the info I need.
